Nigel: All the adults who don't share their candy with children will have the Kids Next Door on their backs! We'll make sure their candy is in the hands of those whom it truly belongs to!

Wally: And some people throw toiletpaper and eggs on people's houses 'n stuff. It mostly teens doin' that kinda stuff.

Wally: And we gotta make sure cruddy Stickybeard and his pirate crew doesn't steal da whole lot!

Kuki: Ooh! Ooh! They sail on this biiiig ship, but not on water, it can sail right through the street! And on Halloween they hide themselves behind a door to steal kids' candy when they come trick or treating! But not since Numbuh Four chased them away! ^-^
