Oh! Is it that kid from operation CRIME? I can't remember his name but he's got like a crazy eye and sounds like Billy from the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. Kuki found out he was the culprit in her detecitve work...that kid! Who just wanted the lunchroom food for himself....(i can't remember his name...bah! ><)
