Now, I have a special song I would like to sing for a special person...erm...people in my life. *looks out into the audience but still does not see her birth parents anywhere. Looks at Akito*  Akito: .... Kairi: Um....they've always been their for me...and I'm lucky because I have two of them, which is something not a lot of people get to have. This song is dedicated to my mothers....my adoptive mother and...my...birth mother... Crowd: Aww! Kairi: *Blushes. The lights go a dim kind of oceany shade of blue as she starts to sing* Song: "My Mother- That's Who I Mean"www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ps4vugqZ-4g*nears the end of her song* --" If I could......I woullddd" *on this part, she looks up and into the wings to smile at Rika, not expecting to see her parents there. She gasps and starts tearing up but continues singing.* "My love and my laughter...from here ever after....is all that she says that she needs...."*Rika and Kairi's birth mother (i've gotta give her a name XD) step out onto the stage and go up to Kairi* Kairi:  (smiling) "A friend and companion, I can always depend on....My mother, that's who I mean...."*both hug Kairi tightly* "My mother...^-^ That's who I mean....That's who I mean...."Akito: *Still playing* Crowd: *Cheers* ---------------------------------------- Kairi: *whispers* I didn't think you'd make it...*tears in her eyes, smiling* Kairi's mom (Um...Sarah?): Oh sweetie, we wouldn't miss this for the world. We're so proud of you! *hugs her tightly* ^-^ Rika: *hugging her too* Kairi: *looks past them to see Alvin and her Dad, Alan , standing there. Both men wave & wink at her* Sarah: We can't stay too long dear. For a few more songs of course, but then we have to leave. Kairi: ...Wh-why?..... Rika: Well, they have to go out of town to see your grandmother about some family business... Sarah: But we'll stay until you guys finish your first set, we wouldn't dare leave without saying goodbye to you. ^^ Kairi: *crying, smiles and kisses Sarah's cheek* I love you mom! *smiles at Rika too* Both of you! Rika/Sarah: We love you too. ^^ Sarah: We'll be backstage. Kairi: *nods before taking both of their hands and facing the audience. She raises their arms up and the crowd cheers. She then lets them go and they walk off stage. She smiles and waves after them.* |

Akito: We're going to sing the next number with her, then after that we'll be taking a break, but we'll be back!

*Kairi's parents have had a moment with her and said goodbye to her and everyone else. They have now left* -5 minutes later- Ian: *comes over again* Alvin: *looks up and frowns* Rika: What is it Alvin? Alvin: *goes up to Ian* What did we tell you about coming here? Roz: *comes up too* i think he's looking for a beat down.  Kyle: Now Roz, we just convinced the cops not to incarcerate you last night when you argued with him over that parking ticket... Roz: I'm not afraid of any cops! This guy wants our munchinks, he's not gonna get'em! Ian: Please! *holds two hands up* Just let me work with them! I can help them make SO MUCH MONEY you guys wouldn't beleive it!! Alvin: And we said no! Simon: I thought you liked money Alvin. Alvin: Not dirty money, and not if it involves using my daughter like she's some drone instead of treating her like a person! *folds arms and looks at Ian* Now I suggest you get out before we throw you out.
