Mimi: No, we don't mind at all. *gently ruffles his Kevin's hair* We'd do anything to make our little buddy happy. *kisses his cheek*

Ricky: Ah, I know what you need! *reaches into his backpack* How bout a nice red lolipop? *hands it to him*

Kenny: Come on, lets go to the park for awhile... ^^

*They go to the park*

*they sit under a tree and Kevin is in Kairi's lap. He's sucking on the lollipop Ricky gave him put is still crying*

Kairi: *brushing back his hair* Kevin...sweetie....what's wrong.

Kenny: i haven't seen you so upset in a long time.

Kevin: .....*sniffles* First....I fell a-and scrapped me knee on the floor. *sniffles* T-then...I broke my favoritiest crayone...a-and then I....*sniffs* I dropped my i-icecream at Recess. A-and M-m-mister...H-ham-ham....h-he's s-s-sicckk....T-T...I-i was supposed to f-f-feed him...a-and i did...b-but then he got s-sick..and now he want move or...or anything. T-T...Th-the teacher said...h-he...he might....he might....WAAAAHHH!!! *cries into Kairi's shirt again*

All:

Mimi: Aw, Kevin...don't cry. *rubs his back comfortingly*

Ricky: Yeah dude, everything'll be okay. And I'm sure your class pet will be fine too!

Kevin: *still whining*

Kairi: Kevin...just calm down. If you look at the sun, it's not crying. It's happy and it wants you to be happy too.

Kevin: *looks at Kairi with tears in his eyes*

*suddenly three little birds land sort of a ways from them. Kairi notices and smiles. She brushes Kevin's bangs from his face before starting to sing...then Ricky, Mimi, & Kenny all join in the chorus when she sings the melody*



Kevin: *listens intently* OO....*sniffles, gives a very small smile*

*Ricky hands him another lollipop for later and Mimi gently ruffles his hair. Kenny then takes Kevin in his arms and gives his brother a tight hug and Kairi gives him a kiss on the cheek*

Mimi: *patting Kevin's head* There now. Feeling better?

Kevin: *sniffs, nodding* Mmm-hmm, lots better. *takes a lick of the lolipop*

Ricky: Now that's what we like to hear Kiddo! *puts his green hat an Kevin's head , it's too big and brim goes over Kevin's eyes*

Kevin: *teary giggle* Hey! I can't see! XD *lifts the hat from his eyes*

Mimi: *laughs and wipes a tear from Kevin's eye* Good, now no more sad tears okay? *fixes the hat and sets it back on Kevin's head backwards then kisses his cheek*

Kairi: Well, i gotta get home. Dad wants me to help him organize some old albums or something.

Kenny: I'll come with you!

Kevin: YAY! I GET TO SEE ALVIN AGAIN!!! ;D

Ricky: We'll all come to help out!

*they get there only to see Alvin & Rika exiting the home*

Alvin: Oh, well your mother has to go to the doctor.

All: WHAT?!

Kairi: *runs up to them* Mom! Whatsa matter?! Are you sick? *hugs her*

Rika: *smiles softly* I'm sure it's nothing, sweetie. *hugs Kairi back* I'm pretty sure mommy just has a stomach virus.

Alvin: *scratches his head* We were going to the doctors tomorrow but because of another engagement he bumped up all of his appointments so we have to go now.

Kenny: Would you like us to come sir?

Ricky: Yeah, maybe we can help somehow.

Rika: Well all of your parents be okay with it?

Mimi: Oh, I'm sure they won't mind Auntie! I'll call mom and dad on my cell phone! The important thing is to make sure you're okay!

Rika: Aw, you guys are all so sweet! ^-^ Thank you!

Kairi: Anything for you mom! *hugs Rika tighter*

Alvin: Well, we all had better climb in. We're in a hurry. Come along now! *opens the car door and they all climb in*


*They drive to the doctors office*

Mimi: So, you have a tummy sickness Auntie? Are you in pain?

Rika: Well, I have been throwing up all week. It's odd.

Ricky: *eyes widen* All week?

Mimi: *eyes widen in realization* Is that all Auntie? Have you got a fever, chills, a sore throat, dizziness, anything else?

Rika: *giggles: You're just like Renee, Mimi, you'd make a wonderful nurse just like your mom. No, nothing like that, except for the ocassional dizziness, and I'm always hungry...Oo...Like now.

Alvin: But, you just ate a little while ago love...

Rika: I know, but I'm still hungry for some reason...

Kairi: Oh, I hope it's nothing serious Mommy.

Mimi: OO *putting two and two together, she cracks a wide knowing smile* Oh, I think it's pretty serious alright. *giggles* ;D

Everyone: *looks at Mimi* Oo....

*They get to the doctors...and they sign in, and the doctor takes Rika back into a an examination room while the others wait outside. About 45 minutes later, Alvin is pacing back and forth and is pulling at his red cap nervously*

Kairi: *has her head on Kenny's shoulder and is watching her father* Daaaad, you're making me dizzy.

Alvin: H-huh? Oh...s-sorry sweetie. I'm just nervous I guess. They've been back there a long time.

Ricky: He's right.

Kenny: Yeah, if it was just a stomach bug, it shouldn't take this long...

Kairi: So, maybe it's something worse? *bites her lip worriedly and looks down sadly*

Kenny: *hugs her comfortingly* C'mon, don't think like that Kairi.

Alvin: Yes love...*goes and squats down in front of her, takes her paws in his own* Your mom's gonna be just fine. Don't you worry none.

Kairi: B-but, you're worrying, so much you almost ran a groove in the floor.

Mimi: I think you guys are overracting. I'm sure Auntie's fine! ^^ *giggles*

*about 5 minutes later, Rika comes out wringing her paws together and looking down*

Doctor: She's just fine. *puts a hand on Rika's shoulder* I leave you all alone so you can give them the news.

*the doctor leaves*

Alvin: *takes her hands* Rika, babe...love what is it? Are you okay? I-is it just the stomach flu?

Rika: *whispering* I-it's more than that....*holds Alvin's paws tightly* A-alvin...*smiles up at him nervously* I-I'm p-pregnant.

Kids: ....

Mimi: I knew it! ;D

Alvin: Oo....

Rika: A-alvin?

Alvin: .......*eyes roll back and he faints*

Rika: Oh Alvin...*cradling Alvin's head* Oh, why thank you Ricky. ;D I'm so happy too. *rubs her belly* and it looks like I'm not the only one who's thrilled either. *jabs a thumb at Mimi and shakes her head with a smile*

Ricky: Oo...*looks at Mimi*

Mimi: *doing a little victory dance* I knew it! Uh-huh! Go Mimi, Go me! It's my birthday, new baby, Go Auntie!! Uh-huh, Oh, yeah...Oh- *finallly notices people staring and blushes* Oh, um...Congratulations Auntie!! *throws her arms around her* Wow, I can't believe it, a new baby!! It's so exciting! ;D I can't wait to tell my momma and Daddy!

Rika: Thanks Mimi sweetie! *hugs her back* Renee and Bobby are going to flip when they hear this.

Mimi: *walks over to Kairi who's in a state of shock* Aren't you happy you'll be a big sister now Kairi? ;D

Mimi: and if you need any advice on how to be a great big sister, I'm your girl. I'm an expert on it.

Kevin: Well...where does HE get the babies from?

Rika: *face palm* Oh dear...'^^ should have seen this coming...

Mimi: *nonchalantly* Auntie Rika told you she was pregnant, you fainted, hit the ground hard, and woke up around 10 minutes later.

Ricky: *leaning against the wall* Yup, that was pretty much how it went.

Mimi: *gives him a thumbs up* Don't sweat it Uncle Alvin.

Alvin: *turns to Rika and touches her stomach, eyes shinning with awe* S-so, we're going to have a baby? R-Really?

Rika: *tears up and nods* Yes Alvin...*places her paw over his* We are. *rubs her tummy*

Rika: *squeals* A-Alvin!!! *giggles, wraps her arms tightly around him and hugs him back*

Alvin: *sets her back on the ground* Oh Rika, I love you! I love you so much!! *kisses her over and over*

Rika: *giggles* I love...you too...! ^-^

Kairi: I'm going to be a sister! *squeals, jumps up and down happily*

Kenny: *chuckles and hugs her tightly* Congratulations Kairi!!

Alvin: *hugging Rika and crying a little in herh air* I-I'm going to be a dad...a father...we have a baby...Rika...you and me...

Rika: *smiling/also crying* I-i know...*snuggles in to him* I love you Alvin.

Renee: Alvin pretty much told him...Though I'm quite certain he didn't know at the time.

Renee: Well, he didn't. He was just worried about you and Bobby figured out what was up.

Rika: *giggles* Yes, and they were adorable! ^^ Of course you can make their clothes!

Renee: You've got to come over tomorrow so we can talk more!!

Rika: Okay, okay. *giggles* It's all kind of overwhelming.

Renee: I know, but you'll get used to it girl....I mean,...mom! *laughs too*

Rika: Sooooo, you have any advice for me Renee?

Renee: Oh, about the pregnancy...Hmmm, eat lots of food, try not to tire yourself out, and don't worry about the morning sickness, it'll pass.

Rika: Oh, that's a relief, I don't think there's anything else in there! *laughs a bit*

Renee: Oh girl, I know how you mean...I had morning sickness EVERY five minutes. Oh, and don't even get me started on the kicking! XD

Rika: What if I have twins? Like you? *looks down at her tummy, then at Mimi*

Renee: Well, it's too soon to tell anything yet. But it's a possiblity. Give it a few more months and you'll definately know for sure, trust me.

Alvin: *kind of breathless* Huh? O-oh yeah! I-i'm fabulous! T-terrific, better than okay! I'm wonderful! I'm just...i-is the room spinning, i feel lightheaded...

Rika: *supports him* Oh dear, i don't know if he can drive hom. '^^

Kairi: Ooh! I'll do it mom!!! I need practice for my license anyway!!! ;D

Rika: *sweatdrops* Uh...n-no, that's fine dear. '^^ I'd rather you have practice when...um...less is at stake?

Rika: N-not that i don't trust you...but you're a beginner driver Kairi, and a driver has to make wise choices. You need more practice before you drive with a full load of passengers in the car sweetie.

Kairi: Oh, I understand mom. ^-^

Rika: Besides, someone needs to look after your father as we drive back. I can handle the wheel.

Kenny: You sure that's a good idea?

Rika: Oh, i'm only a few weeks pregnant, i'm not totally immobile yet. *laughs a little* Come along everyone. I'll take everyone home as we head back.
