Kenny: *pedals up to the treehouse and looks up at Kairi's window. Tosses up a few pebbles*

Kairi: *looks out* Oo...Kenny? *smirks, sniffle is bit, still a little sad* Isn't the pebble tossing thing kind of old and corny for romantics? ^^

Kenny: How else was I supposed to get your attention?

Kairi: *holds up her cell phone* Texting baby.

Kenny: O-oh yeah. Um, can you come down?

Kairi: Hai. ^^ *smiles softly. Goes down and meets him*

Kenny: You sure you can get away for a moment.

Kairi: Would I have said "yes" if I couldn't? .....just for a bit though.

Kenny: *nods* R-right.... *makes room on his bike* C'mon.

Kairi:

*so they pedal to the park and Kenny leads her over to the swingset*

Kairi: *sits on the swing*

Kenny: *pushes her gently*

Kairi: ....this is where, you comforted me after.....

Kenny: *holds the chains of her swing* You remember?

Kairi: How can I forget? *looks at him*

Kenny: *comes around in front of her, bends so she's at her level*

Kairi: *blushes slightly* I remember this too. *giggles*

Kenny: So you remember what came next?

Kairi: If I recall, you tried to kiss me.

Kenny: Worth a second try?

Kairi: ^^ *leans forward and kisses him gently but quickly* There. *giggles*

Kenny: Oy, I waited years for THAT kiss and thats all I get? *pouts*

Kairi: *pats his head* Don't pout Kenny-kun!

Kenny: Oh yeah? *picks her up over his shoulder and spins her around, she squeals in glee*

Kairi: K-kenny! XD

Kenny: *loves her laugh* <3 *sets her down gently and cups her face, uses his other paw to brush back her hair* Kairi....you're the best thing that ever happened to me.

Kairi: *looks at him lovingly* The same goes for you....*hugs him and snuggles into his chest, before sobbing a bit* I'm sorry, I can't control my emotions right now....T-T...

Kenny: Then...you may hate me if this makes you more emotional.... *hugs her close*

Kairi: Hm?

Kenny: Kairi...what i want to tell you...I mean, on the phone, I was trying to say.....i just....you're so beautiful and kind and you have a big heart and....i love being around you. I-I couldn't imagine my life if I hadn't met you. That day, I saw you were so sad...but it broke my heart, even though I didn't know you. I felt drawn to you, and i still do.

Kairi: *whispers* Kenny. *teary eyed*

Kenny:*presses his forehead to hers, holds her paws* A-and...this isnt easy for me to say....I mean, I've never done this before but I....Kairi, when I'm with you my heart pounds like crazy....and I think it's because.....*closes his eyes* Kairi I....I....I think....no...i know....I-i love you. I really do. With all my heart, i love you. *waits for her reaction*

Kairi: ...K-kenny kun.....*eyes tear up*

Kenny: i-i'm sorry, i shouldn't have...i mean, now probably wasn't the best Mmh?! OO...

*Kairi kisses him*

-a minute later*

Kairi: *breaks the kiss* *cries a little* Thank you, thank you so much....you don't know how much it means for me to know that you...oh, Kenny....*hugs him tightly*

Kenny: K-kairi?

Kairi: *whispers* I love you too. ^^ I do, I love you so much Kenny. *snuggles into him*

Kenny: OO....^^ *hugs her tightly*

*they end up under a tree and for about an hour and a half, just stare up at the stars in the sky. Kenny hugging Kairi. A shooting star flies by*

Kairi: You think she's up there?

Kenny: Yeah. I know she is....

*Next day*

Lilani: *runs into her sisters room* Guys, Mimi just called and something tragic just happened...

Minnie/Moe: *gasps and drops their hairbrushes* Oh no! Did something happen to Mimi or Jojo?!

Lilani: No, no! It's Yuki...Akito's mom...*swallows hard* She died, yesterday.

Minnie: *blinks in shock* Are...Are you sure she said that? *Lilani nods* Oh my gosh, that's terrible... *looks down sadly* I can't imagine what Akito and Simon are going through...

Moe: Yeah...They must be so sad... I wonder how Kairi is taking it...

Lilani: I was just about to call her. I was thinking we can have a girls day, and a sleepover. You know to cheer her up?

Minnie: OMG!! That's a wonderful idea!! She'd be so happy!!!

Moe: We can even bring little Mimi along! and Jojo if he wants too, he probably won't. The little cutie... XP

Lilani: Well Jojo may not want to come, but Mimi will. ^^ I'll go call Kairi. You guys continue making the plans for the day. Okay? *dials Kairi's number*

Minnie: OH!! How about we go shopping?! ;D

Moe: Oo...But didn't we already go shopping together?

Minnie: Yeah, but you can never get enough stuff, duh.

Moe: *shrugs* Well, okay...But I think Kairi would want to stay in watching movies and talking and stuff...

Kairi: *asleep in her room with a smile smile on her face when her phone rings* Ugh, five more minutes. *turns over; but the phone seems to ring louder* AW! >< *answers* Hello?

Lilani: Kairi? Girl, we just heard what happened. Are you okay?

Kairi: H-huh? O-oh yeah...fine....*Rubs sleep from her eyes before sitting up and hugging her pillow* A-akito's the one I'm worried about.

Lilani: Yeah...I can only imagine.

Lilani: So um, hey! The girls and I were talking and, we thought it may be nice if we took your mind of things. With a girls day! You know, just all us girls hanging out like we used too! It has been a while and we haven't seen you in forever!

Kairi: *wonders if it's the right time/appropriate* Oh...um...g-gosh well...I dunno...I mean...

Lilani: What's wrong?

Kairi: S-sorry...*rubs her head* I just...have a lot on my mind I guess, so much is going on.

Lilani: Well, what better way to spend the day then to let it all out? That's what girl friends are for! ^^

Kairi: *small smile* Well...Okay...*thinks- I really don't want to burden Akito with everything, it's not right. But I gotta let this all out to someone...*

Lilani: That's our girl! So we'll come by the treehouse and...

Kairi: Um...a-actually, may house may be better.....it's kind of sensitive over here and...

Lilani: Oh right, of course! We'll meet you there then! Give Akito our best wishes and tell him he's in our prayers.

Kairi: *nods* I will, thanks; you guys are awesome.

Lilani: Okay, the sleepover will be at Kairi's house! ;D

Moe/Minnie: YAY!!

Lilani: Now on to Mimi!! *dials Mimi's number*

Mimi: *is tying her roller-shoes, hears her phone ringing* Oh, that might be Ricky!! *blushes* OH!! >< Mimi stop doing that!! *groans fustrated and jumps for the phone* Hello? ...Auntie Lilani...? Um, hi...*is a secretly disappointed that it wasn't Ricky*

Lilani: Hi Mimi sweetie! Listen, Minnie, Moe and I are having a sleepover and we were hoping that you would come? We miss our favorite niece so much! ;D

Mimi: You're having a sleep over...Now?! Auntie I just told you that...

Lilani It's for Kairi, she's been down and we thought a sleepover might cheer her up. I know she'd love it if you were there...

Mimi: *bites her lip, knowing she has plans with Ricky but still wants to be there for Kairi* Oh...Alright. I'll be there. *sighs*

Lilani: GREAT!! Kay, meet us at Kairi's house with your PJ's and sleeping bag okay sweetie?

Mimi: Yeah, sure...I'll see you then. *hangs up* What am I going to do?

Kairi: *goes to Akito's room and sees he is sleeping*

Akito: *Groans in his sleep*

Kairi: *tucks him in a bit tighter before brushing back his hair. Kisses his forehead* I hope you're having good dreams Akito....Everyone's praying for you. *leaves a note before leaving the treehouse*

'Morning 'Kito kun. Hope you slept well. I became rather restless last night. Lilani and the girls called me the morning and offered to hang out all day so I could clear my head. I didn't want to burden you with what I'm going through, but don't hesitate to call if you need to talk. That's what friends are for. Kevin: *skips up to her* Kenny was gonna take me to the park! You wanna come? ;D

Kairi: Oh, well...I was actually just about to head back home. Minnie, Lilani, and Mo are coming over beuse they wanted to hang out today.

Kevin. Oh...otay....

Kenny: *smiles down at Kevin before looking at Kairi* Well Kev, how aobut we walk her home?

Kairi: OO... I think I'd like that. ^^

Kevin: YAY! I get to see Mr. & Mrs. Alvin again!!! *jumps excitedly*

Kenny: *laughs a little, reaches his free hand out to Kairi* Milady?

Mimi: *skating through the park, she finally spots Ricky, she skids to a halt* Uh...Hi.

Ricky: Hey. *notices the sleeping bag and backpack she has with her* You know, if I knew we were going camping, I would've brought the smore's and campfire songs. XD ;D *laughs*

Mimi: ...We can't hang out today...

Ricky: *stops laughing, his smile fades away* Huh? L-look, Mimi if it was about what I said last night, I didn't mean to...

Mimi: Yeah, my aunts have this thing where they like ALWAYS want me to do things with them...*looks off to the side* It's kind of annoying. A-Anyway, they want me to meet them at Kairi's house. We're having the sleep over there.

Ricky: Oh, *tries to hide his disappointment* Th-that's cool. I mean, it's good that your aunts like spending so much time with you...and Kairi needs all the support she could get so... *looks down*

Kenny: You must be thinking about how awesome I look! ;D

*just as Kairi and Kenny are entering the house Lilani's car pulls up into the driveway, all 3 girls hop out*

Kairi: *blushes and holds her head in embarassment* Oy...Here we go...

Kenny: *laughs* Well, as much as I love hanging out with Kairi, I think I'm going to let you girls be girls by yourselves.

Minnie/Moe: *looks at each other* WAIT!! Did you just say you LOVED being with Kairi?!

Kenny: Um, yes? *glances at Kairi, wondering if they actually know about their relationship*

Lilani: Well, we have loooooots of catching up to do don't we Kairi? *giggles teasingly*

Kairi: Well.....from the beginning....after...you know what happened...I went to the treehouse to support Akito.

Mo: How is he?

Kairi: Not to good. .....-_- A-anyway...um.....when I went to bed I was upset...s-so I called Kenny...and he was there to calm me down. T-then he asked if I could meet with him that night...because he had something important to tell me. A-and I said yes. *smiles, eyes go daydreamy* He came to the treehouse and threw pebbles at my window.

Minnie, Lilani, Mo: AWWWWW!!!!

Kairi: And I opened my window, and he was downstairs waiting for me. *picks up a pillow and hugs it tightly* And then, we went to the park that night....the breeze was cool, and we went to the swingset where he first tried to kiss me. ^^

M, L, M: *gasp happily*

Mimi: Oh brother. *but listening intently*

Kairi: *Stands, and walks around as she recalls the previous night. A far off dreamy look is in her eyes as she hugs her pillow tightly* Then he took my hand in his...and he told me that whenever he's around me....his heart pounds like crazy, and that he feels drawn to me and he loves being with me. I told him I felt the same way.

*girls lean in*

Lilani: WHAT THEN?! What happened next?!!!



Kairi: Then..... he told me....he loved me!
