Roz: I LOVE THAT SONG! *turns to others, wide grin, fists up to chin (almost)* I demand we do it!

Rika: Why?

Alvin: Because, she chose it! *points to Roz*

Roz: First of all, I didn't chose it, our adorinb public did!! Secondly, you sound awfully sexist right now Alvin!

Alvin: I don't care if the song was chosen by a boy or a girl! Any song that YOU like must be lame! Hmph! *folds arms in a huff*

Roz: You're really trying my patience Seville!! *holds up a fist*

Renee: Should we stop them?

Rika: What does it matter? Alvin's not singing anyway...-_-

Roz: Oo...that's right! So Ha! *sticks her tongue out before picking up her instruments* Alright guys, let's play!!!

Roz: *leaps onto Yuki's back* Oh yes you dooo!

Renee: *sitting with a customer drinking lemonade* Bravo!! Yay, you guys were great! *applauses*

Theodore: *bows polietly at her* Th-thank you Renee. We tried our best...

Renee: I know and it shows! *turns to a guy sitting next to her* Don't you think they were wonderful?

Guy: Yeah, I'll say! You guys have some real talent there. ;D

Renee: *giggles* Well then if you feel that way, clap louder! *raises her arms commandingly*

*crowd claps/cheers louder* XD

Renee: ^^ *puts a hand to her ear* Ah, that's much better! *smiles satisfied* ;D

Rika: *goes up to him and bats her eyelashes* Aw, you aren't mad at us are you Alvie? *smiles sweetly*

Yuki:*sees a car pull into her driveway(cuz she lives next to the Chipmunks so..)* Crap.

Roz:What?

Yuki:*starting to panic*He's here. I gotta go. Mom's gonna be pissed. Uhm, bye *waves to them and runs to her house*

Rika:I wonder why her mom would be angry.

Alvin:And who is this 'he' she's talking about?

Yuki:*climbing a tree and then jumping from the branch into her bedroom window*

Simon:Her stepdad. I think she said something about him last night. He's not a nice man.

Everyone:Last night?

Rika:When did you see her last night?

Simon:Erm...well......

*in Yuki's house*

Yuki:*sitting in her room* thinking- God, I hope he didnt see me out there,

Voice From Downstairs:YUKINO!!!

Yuki:*runs down* Yes?

Loren(mom): What were you doing outside?

Yuki:Hanging out with some friends.

Loren:But what were you doing?

Yuki:We were selling lemonade. And since they're a band, the guys I mean, they let us borrow their instruments and-

Loren: You were disturbing neighbors -_-

Yuki:Everyone said they liked it.

Loren:Nobody would ever like to hear your singing.

Yuki:Mom,

Loren:*smirks* Your singing sounds like a dying cat.

Yuki: They said I sounded good.

Loren:*frowns* Don't give me that attitude. *slaps her*

Yuki:*trying not to cry* Why do you always act like this when he's*points to her stepdad* here?

Mike(stepdad): Ey! I demand that you treat me with more respect.

Yuki:Why don't you take your respect and shove it up your-

Mike:Oh shutup *throws an empty glass bottle at her*

Yuki:*dodges the bottle and watches it hit the wall* Mom!! He threw a f*cking bottle at me!!!

Loren:Where did you learn that language?

Yuki:from you. Are you guys drunk or something? How many beers did you drink?

Mike:*laughs* I think we lost count after 1 case.

Yuki:*glares at him* I'm going back to my room.

Loren:No you arent.

Yuki:Yes, I am. And if you come in,

Loren:If I come in, you'll what? Drown me in your tears?

Yuki:*yelling* JUST LEAVE ME ALONE *runs upstairs and slams the door to her room*

Loren:*yells up to her* Hey!! Dont be slamming the doors!!!

Yuki:*crying* God, what did I do to diserve this. *gets up and opens a random drawer. She takes out a razor* One day they'll realize what this is doing to me. Or they'll come up here, and I'll be gone. I'll run away *rolls back her sleeve and presses the razor to her arm* Although I did promise Kyo that I would stop, * cuts(omG!) a line along her wrist and watches the blood roll down her arm* And right when I thought I finally had something, when I thought that things were going to be fine, they ruined it.

Alvin: *watches her leave* What was that all aobut? *frowns a little*

Rika: Oo...I've got a bad feeling.

Renee: M-me too...

Theodore: I hope she's okay.

Rika: *looks at Simon who is frowning* Simon?

Simon: Hmmm...

Alvin: What are you thinking?

Simon: Huh? O-oh, nothing.

Alvin: Well, I'll tell you what I was thinking! *Grabs Simon's and Theodore's hands* We're gonna go over there and find out what's going on!

All: What?!

Simon: Alvin, you can't just barge over there and expect them to listen to you! You don't even know them!

Alvin: I know their daughter, that should be enough! Besides, I want to know what's happening...and I'm ALVIN! Why wouldn't they want to talk to me? ;D

Roz: Psh, maybe they WON'T talk to you BECAUSE you're Alvin.

Rika & Renee & Theodore: *giggle*

Alvin: *frowns angrily* THAT'S NOT FUNNY!!!

Roz: *points to Rika, Renee & Theodore* They thought it was.

Alvin: I'll show you! I'll prove you wrong! We're going!

Theodore: B-but, what about our lemonade stand Alvin?

Rika: Yeah, and our customers?

Alvin: They can wait! Roz can stay and stall them 'till we get back.

Roz: Oy! Why can't I go?!

Alvin: Because!!!

Roz: You're not the boss of me!

Alvin: Oh, yeah?!

Simon: *face palm* Good grief.

Rika: At this rate, we'll be here all day...

*they hear yelling*

Simon: Oo....i hate to think, that for once...*frowns* I actually agree with Alvin.....*to Rika* Will you come with me? I feel like we need to check on her.

Rika: OO....*nods* Mmh, I'm worried about her too.

Simon: Right, let's go. *takes Rika's hand* Her room's on the second floor so we'll climb the tree by her window to get there*

Rika: I guess it's a good thing Chipmunks are good climbers....^^

*they leave w/out the others really noticing*

Yuki:*sees Rika and Simon walking towards her house* sh*t. *rolls her sleeve back up and closes her window* Oh god what are they doing? *sees Simon attempting to climb the tree but falls*

Rika:Are you sure it's a good idea to climb the tree? Isn't that trespassing?

Simon:Erm...technically it isn't because the tree is on our side of the fence. If we sit in it, then we aren't breaking any laws '^^

Rika:But then we'd be spying. What if she's changing her clothes and- *frowns* HENTAI *hits him in the back of his head*

Simon:I don't think I deserved that ><

Rika:Oo Sorry *blushes*

Simon:Besides, when she changes her clothes, she closes the curtains.

Rika:So you HAVE been watching her. ><

Simon:No. *points to Alvin* He was. And it was only once. And it was an accident. Please don't kill anyone '^^

Yuki:What are they doing now. Gaaah. If mom catches them. Crap. ><

*they reach the branch just outside Yuki's room*

Simon: This is her window.

Rika: *behind Simon* Is she inside?

Simon: *adjusts his glasses & squints his eyes* Yeah, I see her! ^^ *stands up on the branch and wobbles a moment before catching his balance. Slowly scoots his way down the branch to Yuki's window*

Rika: Be careful Simon.

Simon: Hey, don't worry. I'm much more careful than Alvin. *winks at her*

Rika: *blushes a little*

Simon: *reaches Yuki's window and knocks, turns to Rika* C'mon Rika. It's not as bad as it looks. Just come over slowly.

Rika: B-but, what if I fall?

Simon: I won't let, you; I promise.

Rika: *blushes more* W-well....*gulps* O-okay....*slowly stands to and makes her way down the brach to where Simon is. Once she reaches him she hugs him*

Simon: Oo...R-rika?

Rika: Sorry, I was scared....*blushes, but doesn't let go*

Simon: Oo....It's alright. ^^ You did great. *wraps one arm tightly around her*

Yuki: *opens her window* OO.....*raises an eyebrow & whispers harshly* I hope I'm not interrupting anything! *folds arms angrily* What are you guys doing here anyway? If my folks catch you up here, who knows what they'll do?!!!!

Simon:erm..we wanted to make sure that you were all right.

Yuki:I'm just peachy. Bye *closes her window*

Simon:>< Yuki!! *knocks on the window* Open up!!

Yuki:*opens her window* Seriously. If he comes up here, he'll *looks away so they cant see that she's tearing up*

Riak:Are you sure you're okay? We heard yelling.

Yuki:I'm fine. Just....Just go. Before they come up. I don't want anything to happen.

Simon:If there are any problems, you know you can come and stay with us> I'm sure Dave would understand.

Yuki:*blinks and frowns* I don't want your pity. Just get away from me before I push you off the branch.

Rika:Oo Yuki,

Yuki:Just Leave. *closes her window and closes the curtains.*

Rika: Oo....now what do we do?

Simon: *frowns* Yuki! *knocks on her window again* Yuki! Open up!

Rika: Simon! Don't break her window!

Simon: She's being stubborn! Something's wrong, I know it!

Rika: I know you want to help, I do too! But we can't be brash like Alvin! *takes his arm* Calm down and think about this rationally, that's what you do. You can win people over with your charm and negotiating skills.

Simon: Oo....*looks at her* You...think so?

Rika: *smiles shly, then nods w/ a determined look in her eyes* Hai, that makes you, you!

Simon: *smiles at her* Thanks....and you're right. I guess I got a bit excited....*blushes*

*they both sit there a moment*

Rika: Whatever the problem is, it has to do with her parents. She didn't want them to see us.

Simon: Right. So we either have to talk to her or to them.

*they look at each other*

Rika: Which one would be safer to talk to?

Simon: Probably neither....T-T...

Rika: Well, we could split up....I could stay up here with Yuki while you talk to them.

Simon: *contemplates that a moment* You sure she won't try to come after you?

Rika: *smiles* I'm not worried about that. I know I've known her for a little while but she's already a friend to me, like a sister. I dunno, I feel like I should be up here with her.

Simon: I'm still not sure it's a good idea.

Rika: I understand your anxiety but what else can we do?

Simon: Hmm....*knocks on Yuki's window again* Yuki! Hey, open up!

Yuki: Go away!

Rika: We're not leaving!!

[Renee]

Renee: *sitting in her wagon with Theodore, looks at her watch* What's taking them so long? I hope they're alright...

Theodore: *looks at Renee* S-so...How's your grandpa doing?

Renee: Oh, he's fine thanks. He had lots of energy today! ;D

Theodore: That's great news! I'm glad he's okay...

Renee: Yeah, me too. *looks to the side*

Theodore: Hey, Renee can I ask you something?

Renee: Sure, shoot!

Theodore: U-um, I-I know this is going to come out of nowhere but...Wh-why did you move here from DR? That place is really far...

Renee: Oo...*eyes widen and she gives him a stange look* Why do you want to know?

Theodore: I-I'm sorry...I-I shouldn't have asked that. It's just that...I saw all the pictures of you when you were younger a-and y-you looked really happy. I just...wondered...Why'd you move so far away if you were happy over there? I-I mean don't you miss it over there?

Renee: *takes a long hard look at him before looking away* Not really. No...

Theodore: Oo...*suddenly feeling really guilty* Oh.

*Both sit in uncomfortable silence for awhile*
