As for Zoelin...I think...I might've found her voice actor.
Grey DeLisle. She's done voices for:
Sam from Danny Phantom,
Tootie, AJ's Mom, Vicky, Veronica, The Toothfairy...Fairly Odd Parents
And...She's done voices for Lizzie Devine, Grandma Stuffums, Mega Mom, Additional Voices on KND!...
She's done a lot with different accents, so luckilly she won't sound like Lizzie. ^_^
@ellie: OMG, I swear I didn't know that she did all of those voices..kinda hard to tell it's her playing as Cera and Phoebe.. weird.

I think I've got possible VA's for Angelle, Luce, and Finley
- For Angelle: Jennifer Cody who plays Charlotte in Princess and The Frog, she's just really a perfect voice for her ^^
- For Luce; Nicole Sullivan who plays Shego in Kim Possible and Marlene in Penguins of Madagascar, I really just love her voice and she's great for a tough and sarcastic character like Luce
- For Finley: Frankie Jonas who plays Sosuke in Ponyo, he really has a sweet voice that really suits Finley

That boy is so difficult, I swear.
But Jason Schwartzman does the job!
He voices Ash in Fantastic Mr. Fox, the smallest fox (with the sock over his head). There's no clips online, only movie trailers. Ah well.
"I can fit through there. You wanna know why?"
"Why?"
"Because I'm little."
The way he says that. Spot. On. Masurao. I love how calm and chill he says that X3
