ZERO. I think it had the sweetest 3/4 moments (I'm not counting the zombie kiss). Like when Wally and Kuki were right about to kiss. That still convinced me that Numbuh Four liked Numbuh Three more than the other way around, though.

All the 3/4 moments were cute, but NAYGHTY, SATURN, CATS, PLANET and BEACH rocks!!!
PARTY is cute, bgut the faces that Wally put I don`t like.
Oh-Oh-Oh- HOSPITAL was awsome too!!!

Favorite scenes wise, my favorite episodes involving Wally and Kuki moments are ZERO and CATS.
Full episode wise, my favorite Wally/Kuki episodes are probably PLANET and BEACH.

AAA So hard!
Naughty, Beach and Cats..adkfjakljf they're all just flufftastic.
I'd say they're all in a tie, but I kinda like Naughty the most out of all of them, just because it was just soo adorable. : )

Mark me as favoring "Operation: B.E.A.C.H." and "Operation: O.F.F.I.C.E.", although I couldn't help laughing during "Operation: F.E.R.A.L.".

Awwww B.E.A.C.H., I remember when I was 10 years old and I had watch all episodes exept that one and I was soo desesperate b/c a friend told me that is a 3/4 episode, haha I was jumping till the ceilling.
I will love for ever O.F.F.I.C.E.
and... F.E.R.A.L? is that a 3/4 episode?

When Kuki says, "I don't just like him, Numbuh Four...I love him!", the look on his face is just THE BEST! And he walks down the hallway, asking himself, "She loves him? She loves him?!?!? What's so special about him?" *kicks pebble on floor* What's he got that I ain't got?"
That's the closest he ever gets to saying he loves her in my book!!!!

Hmm...it's really hard to choose.
I'd have to say, OFFICE. It was the first time I was actually pointing at the screen and jumping up and down on my bed saying "HE LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIKES HER!!!! ;D"
Then again, I also liked CATS. I think that was the closest to a confession of "I love you" we got from Wally....not counting PLANET, since he told her that there was a popcorn kernal stuck in her teeth. XDDDDD
Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut....there's also LOVE, since he was practically the only one who didn't know about the play and kicked the Delightfuls' butts since they (hopefully not all at the same time, 'cause that just seemed a little weird) were about to kiss Kuki. ^w^
