Me and Rika we're talking about this on deviantART the other day, It's really an ultra cute show (and at times it reminds me a lot of KND XD)
Phineas/Isabella-
A very cute couple, but almost painfully obvious at times. She loves him, and he has no idea, sound famillar? In "Quantum Boogaloo" Amanda (Candance's , Phineas's sister, future daughter) says "So they're uncle Phineas and Ferb as kids? And she looks just like Aunt Isabella" Anyway, a very cute and fluffy couple
Candance/Jeremy-
Almost as cute as Phin/Bell, and very simillar, they both like each other and don't have a clue the other likes thwm ^.^ They have a lot of super fluffy moments! In "Quantum Boogaloo" one of Candance's sons looks a lot like Jeremy
Ferb/Vanessa-
This one is awesome, even though they've only interacted three times. First, he was distracted by her when he when to pick up the blueprints in "I Scream, You Scream" Then they interact briefly in "Ride from Outer Space" and most importantly in "Vanessassary Roughness" he helps her and she kisses him on the cheek. They have a pretty big age differance (He's 10, she's 16) but they're still cute

Actually, I think Candace and Jeremy have hookedup now. I saw one episode where she was upset b/c Jeremy had not given her a pet name yet like she thought most boys did for their girlfriend. And he told her, "Candace, I didn't give you a pet name because I like the name Candace." I'm about 90% sure they're an item now, or they're at least a bit less shy. But you're definitely right, they're unbelievably cute together! And Jeremy is just the sweetest, cutest awesomest guy! I so hope my future soulmate has some of Jeremy's qualities. Candace is one lucky lady. ^u^ (i still haven't seen that episode though, the one you mentioned NumbuhPi! About the future...I totally want to though! I dunno how I missed it! T_T)
I totally love Phinease/Isabella, probably because of the obliviousness factor. But they still have a good friendship despite it. Like they're never nervous or uncomfortable around each other or embarrassed like Wally used to be with Kuki when it comes to cute, fluffy stuff. *giggles* I know in that one episode where they met Meep, Phinease seemed to like the cuteness, where as Wally practically hated cute things. I would love to see the episode where they actually get together if they ever make one.
Finally, FERB/VANESSA IS MY ALLTIME FAVORITE PHINEASE & FERB COUPLING EVER!! They're very cute and even though it's just a crush Ferb has on Vanessa, I think they work well together. ^u^

I like Candace and Jeremy, are very sweet, and Phineas and Issabella is funny, poor Isabella b/c she is ever tryiing to flirt with Phineas but he never notice.
