Okay I know alot of us like manga, so anyways I was reading some earlier and I got to wondering,
if Kuki's family moved from Japan shouldn't they use the honorifics (I'm pretty sure they're native Japanese or atleast I think her parents are) Well either way wouldn't it be awesome if Kuki called Wally, Wally-kun ;D
Wally-kun and Kuki-chan ;D
So yeah any thoughts on this?
For people who don't know here are the Japanese Honorifics -san=Mr.; Miss; Ms.; Mrs. -sama= respectful title -kun= for boys to express endearment -chan=for girls to express endearment -senpai= addressing one's superior -sensei= teacher

Oo...you know, I've actually yet to see a fanfic that has Kuki addressing Wally as Wally-kun, or that has any of her family using such honorifics.....you're right 290, that would be Uniquely Sanban, as I would say. ^^ But I guess it's because their Japanese-America so they dropped the honorifics while in USA.
Still, it would be adorable to hear her call Wallabee Wally-kun!! Kawaii!! =3 And to hear him honor her background and call her Kuki-chan. ^^ that would also increase the affection they show for each other, b/c as you said -kun & -chan are tearms of endearment. ^^

LoL yeah that would be unquely Sanban ;D
Yeah idk I just thought that'd be so cute, but I see why they didn't do that cuz normal american kids wouldn't get it. I just thought it'd be really cool
Oh I got another thought, remember The Interesting Twins From Beneath the Mountains were definatly Japan Natives (they followed Kuki while she was in Japan) so they defenitaly should have used the honorifics. But wait didn't Kuki call the lady she gave a cab to in that eppie "Old Lady-san" so maybe there were some honorifics.
As you can see the honorifics really interest me (i've started calling my cousins with them XD)
