Well if you can come up with a very good reason for why they're there, then I say go ahead, but since Numbuh 1, who was like the best of the best, was the one chosen to go up there in the first place, your OC is going to have to be preeetty hardcore to stand a chance in a base full of super-powered aliens. I mean if you skim through the roleplays and fanfictions, a lot of the things they do are based on their powers. Also, 14/15 years old for a KND operative? Do you think you could maybe give a short description of her past and the reason she's in the GKND? I'm just not sure a human female would work.

Ok, that's easy to do.
Reason: 88's from another demension. In this demension, there is no KND, and adults delightfulize kids at birth, like 88 was. Only 88 was the exception to the rule, because her vast amount of energy, combined with her stubborn personality, made her impossible to delightfulize. So the adults locked her up, and allowed her out only to go to school. Desperate for a way out, she built a demension portal. She finished it when she was 14, and it led to the KND world. There, she explained her story to Numbuh 5, who took her to the deep sea scientists. They decided that 88 would, due to her negotiating skills, be a good match for the GKND. They are mearly waiting for approval from GKND for her to join.

Another dimension, huh? Interesting. I have some personal problems with the character but since that shouldn't affect my decision I'm going to leave that out of it. I'm personally not sure, and not the head of all grand decisions, so I'm going to wait to see what other people think.

Personally, just because it's the Galactic Kids Next Door, I feel a little weird about having a human in there. Like, I know Numbuh 1 made it, but that was because he was really something special, and I think he should remain one of the very, very few humans to make it into the Galactic Kids Next Door.
But that's just my opinion. Eh.

From personal experience, I feel an alien character that is not human is just a lot more fun to roleplay ^^ You are not bound to human abilities and they can look any way you like. It's a nice opportunity to be creative =)

*sighs sadly* Well, 88 does have a weird power of her own: She can sense wether someone is good or evil just by hearing them talk, and sense their emotions as well as go into this state of self, where her mind is connected to her body, but she can sense what's going on around her without opening her eyes. Does that count as a power?

I'm sorry, but if you bring a human in then you're probably going to end up exaggerating her powers anyway so that she can match the aliens, which wouldn't be good. You'd be better off creating an alien character, you can have more fun with them too, because anything goes. You could have an alien which was essentially a loaf of bread if you wanted.

Fine...*crosses arms angrily* Let's try this again... Numbuh 88 Real name: Ambereyes Gallacia Planet: Unknown Hair color: Fiery red, with pointed ears sticking out of the top. Eye color: Amber. Personality: Part Cat, part Human, 88 is a strange person indeed. Her cat-like senses give her ultra-fast speed. Her other abilitys are as follows: The ability to transform into a cat when angry (this happens a LOT), The ability to tell wether someone is good or evil just by listining to them speak, and the ability to sense people's emotions. Age: About 10 in human years, in cat years, unknown.

If you're not always going to cross your arms in a huff when you don't get your way, then I'm more inclined to accept the new Numbuh 88, but you'll still have to wait for affirmation from the others. I don't understand why you want to use this character so badly, though.

In my opinion, simply turning the character into a catgirl doesn't quite accomplish what we were saying. Not to mention that she has quite a wide range of powers. . .
And we already have a catgirl.
Why not keep your human operative a human and then just make up a new galactic one? Why change what you already have?
