The man that plays Numbuh 4 (Forgot he real dudes name)..Well,I got bored and decided to see what shows other than KND he was on,and I found out he plays Perry the platypus in Phineas and Ferb. XDDDDDDDDDD

Awesome, he makes noises in most things,the only show iv'e seen him actually saying real words is in KND.
