A new anime I got into this weekend that deals with Norse Mythology. ^^ The Norse God Loki has been banished from the world of the gods, to the world of humans in the body of a child by Odin, the leader of the Gods. Odin seeks to have Loki assassainated for a trick he played while in the world of the gods, so he sends other gods & godessess to Earth to kill Loki. While on Earth, Loki works as a detective to gather evil auras from humans for Odin in hopes that will allow him to return to the world of the gods. He is accompanied by his son Yamino (in the form of a young teen who serves his father by cooking, cleaning, etc.) and a young pink haired girl named Mayura who is obsessed with anything that looks remotely mysterious or super natural.




Top boy with cape: Frey, a Norse God

Boy with stick in hand: Narugami/Thor-Norse God of Thunder

Purple Haired boy: Heimdall-Norse God who is like the watchman of the Gods (he really wants to destroy Loki b/c he thinks Loki took his right eye)

Boy with Red hair & Green eyes: LOKI! Protagonist of the series.

Little White rabbit/bunny flying thing: Eechan- kinda like Loki's pet! ^^

Green haired boy with glasses: Yamino, Loki's son./ Norse Serpant God whose body, in his real form, encircles the Earth.

Pink haired girl: Mayura

Girl in bottom left corner: Reia/ Freya- Norse Goddess of love who loves Loki (but he does not return her feelings)

Wow, sounds interesting =)
We learned about that in school (4'th grade) since Norse Mythology was the religion in Denmark before we became Christians, after the time of the vikings >D (or how you say)
