Okay, i was thinking of hilarious KND quotes right, and realized Wally kinda of made his own philosphy throughout the show, even if it was TOTALLY WRONG! XD

So here we put little moments & quotes of his beliefs and compile them into this little thread.

In other words, put up quotes that kinda of exemplify Wally's...erm...intelligence. '^^ *giggles*

I was just watching Operation MOON and on the outside of his door are the words, "CeEp OWT" XD lol!

He spelled like that throughout the whole series!!

I think it was from Operation HOUND where Valerie's dog took Abby's HW. And Wally was upset that Mrs. Thompson wouldn't let him read his report in front of the class when he was so proud of it. So he read it to Abby & Hoagie when they were walking home from school. XD And those were the first few lines of it. ^^
