If verbally slapping Brooke out of her self-image wasn't enough, then now, Wally and Kuki are sort of a special couple down in Australia, if this Chase and Matt are correct. Given my penchant for romance in the middle of a world-saving adventure, it's safe to assume that this chapter definitely got my attention, so that I will be quite interested in seeing how you develop this "Chosen One" attribute for Kuki.

That was fun!  I really enjoyed Wally conversing with his mates ^^ I really had to giggle at the "The Chosen One" part! Only figures hsi friends would call Wally's girlfriend like that XD Great find! ^^ I'm very curious to find out how his parents will react too! ^-^ Ooh, someone's got a crush on Wally? Yes, that do ought to be interesting! X3 Poor Kuki though, she'll probably be ever so worried if she hears of it! Which she doesn't need to be ofcourse ^-^ <3 |

Planning a love triangle, are you, tater? Given what has been happening to Kuki during the early parts of this story, I may be a little more... nervous, if you will, about such a prospect than one might expect. Hopefully, Wally will be able to explain his feelings for Kuki -- and Kuki's feelings for him in return -- in order to work things out. On the other hand, I wonder what this girl might think if she happened to overhear that legend Chase and Matt mentioned, so that the next few chapters of "Finding Happiness" I should find very interesting to ponder.

Oh, no worries! The girl who likes him is all the way in Australia. It isn't such a big prospect of the story, just a little thing. I plan on it being funny.
And I'm already 10 pages into the chapter already, and they haven't even eaten yet, lol. I'm so glad I don't have writer's block anymore...And I have my next two chapters thought out. Brooke messes with Kuki and one, and the one after that is just gonna be so super fluffy...Heheheheheh....
Anyways, thanks for all your support and kind words guys! I have no idea when this story is gonna be finished....But I'm having so much fun writing it. I like this story more than my other stories....Ah, I remember my first story....Good times, good times....When I was a mere noob...
And may I say, CCACorn26, I love the way you write things out. You have so much...perspective! You always sound so smart! ^_^
Wow, I'm rambling....I'm gonna shut up now....;D

Oh? No need to worry, tater. Thank you for your compliment about my perspective, and I trust you will maintain yours about Wally and Kuki's romantic friendship. One can suspect that Brooke doesn't know what she's up against in trying to disrupt that romantic friendship, but I trust that Wally and Kuki will be able to strengthen their bond and overcome any remaining obstacles they face... together.

Wally's parents were very excited at their son's new girlfriend, and Mrs. Beetles demanded that Mr. Beetles help her clean up the entire house for the day. The dinner itself went fairly smoothly, which would be a good thing. I'm not doubting any jealousy on Brooke's part about Wally and Kuki's romantic friendship, but one can assume that Wally and Kuki will be getting even closer to each other -- and true happiness -- as this story continues.

AHH!! X3 I LOVED it! *bounces off the walls, very much like Mrs. Beetles* XD I loved Wally's mom in this! ;D This is really how I picture the Beetles family! Like this warm, loving family, who care so much about each other, and where both boys are such complete momma's boys XD I love the Beetles family, they're my favourite! <3 And squeee for Kuki for kissing Wally! x3 Atta girl, good job! ^^ *giggles* I also thought it was nice how Mushi helped Kuki pick out her clohtes. I was kinda hoping she'd do something like that, they are sisters after all ^^ That really was a nice moment, even if Mushi was still kind of mean XD But at least she opened up a little to her sister  Great stuff! ;D I'm already looking forward to the next chapter! Ah, thank you guys! *huggles* I'm glad people liked Wally's mom! I was hoping they would. It's something I imagined them doing. And yes, CCACorn26. They will find true happiness. Together. People liked the kiss too, which makes me happy. It makes me go all gooey inside when I write a kiss scene. And yes, there will be more of those. I love writing kissing scenes too much to stop, especially an intense kissing scene. Which is one I have planned, for the sooper fluffy chapter I have planned, which will be chapter 17, I believe. I'm looking so forward to writing that one. Of course, I have to write chapter 16 first. ^_^

I'm so very thrilled that Kuki has people who care about her and like her for whos he is now. <=) It made my heart smile to see the Beetle's family accept her. I was also shocked that Mushi helped her and for a moment wondered if she had like 2nd intentions....but she seemed really genuine. I'm so happy things are looking up for Kuki, she really deserves it. ^u^ OH! Ps: Try deleting the spaces before and after "img" in your sig. Make sure there are no spaces at all, the pic your trying to display should show then. I think it's so cute for you to have Jas's pic of Kuki & Wally from your story in your sig! ^^ |

Thanks! Now I just need an avatar! Oh my gosh...Okay guys, it's 1:01 AM in the morning right now, and I'm not tired, so why not pass the time reading fanfiction? Well, I decided to reread my old fic, A Strange Love Connection. OH MY FREAKIN' GOSH! lol, that story was so....lol! In the first chapters I double spaced! XD And I made so many mistakes! XP Oh boy...I'm so glad I'm writing Finding Happiness. That story is turning out WAY better than my old ones! Ah, I used to be such a naive writer....Hah hah! |

I think you can be very proud of yourself! ^^ You're down to 15 chapters already and neither of them is a very short chapter! I really like it how you take your time to develop their feelings towards one another. There's never any need to rush and as you can see, readers are still excited whenever you release a new chapter! Kudos! ^^ The story never gets boring either, it's always a ton of fun to read ^w^ Oh and YAY for the siggy working! XD Woohoo, that's so cool! ;D |
