Because today is:

Kuki/Wally Day, Jas? Ah, yes. To think that exactly one year ago, my interest in Codename: Kids Next Door collided with my interest in politics rather dramatically. You see, last year, March 4 and February 5 were designated as the biggest primary days for the 2008 American presidential election -- which led one Lil' Miss Kuki Cat from the Codename: Kids Next Door Fan Forum to yell, "The government is into shipping KND couples!!!!!!!!". I even saved the text for a couple of mock presidential campaign ads compiled in response to this, and I figure that I should commemorate this Panda Warrior Day by revealing them, one for Barack Obama by Kuki Cat, the other for McCain by yours truly.:
It may be safe to assume that Kuki Cat and I enjoyed this little exercise, promoting Wally/Kuki while also bringing 21st century American politics into our focus for the first time. Of course, I could only imagine how far those interests on my part would go ever since.

Me: Greetings, Wally and Kuki. May I trust that both of you are doing well? I may be a bit less random than the other Panda Warriors here -- all right, make that a lot less random -- but I'm still willing to observe this occasion for myself. I'll take some strawberry or blueberry pie if you have any, Kuki, and hopefully, you and Wally will have fun chatting with the other Panda Warriors here this day.

I couldn't wait to post 'til I got home from school!
You know what? After I had lunch, I bought some Skittles. (I usually do it on a daily basis 'cause I lurve Skittles so much, xD)
... You know it. Two greens, and two oranges popped out. XDDD I was, "WHOA! Now THAT'S 3/4 Day!" Popped'em into my mouth, and enjoyed, I did.

Ah, yes. Thank you for the welcome, Allie, as well as the pie. I am left to chuckle with bemusement at your round of eating green and orange Skittles, and perhaps Wally and Kuki are having fun, as well. As for me, well, leave it to me to discover the wonders... of a strategy game called Command and Conquer: Generals. It's a computer game, so if Wally and Kuki were to play it, then they might need separate computers. If it sounds like a game that would match my interest in 21st century American and international politics, then that's because it is, but I digress. Anyone up for more strawberry and/or blueberry pie? Perhaps Wally and Kuki would enjoy such food items in celebrating their day.

I kept playing so much Spyro the Dragon last night, focusing on trying to get the last dragons to enter Gnasty's Loot (bonus level) ... XD I was in Misty Bog, and I had 34 lives, and 443 gems. I was thinking, Awww, wait'til the guys at the forum get'ta load of this! 3/4 Goodness! |

Really? Well, in my case, this morning, I discovered that my orange sweater was right next to my green sweater, but then again, the weather where I currently am doesn't require sweaters, so there goes that Wally/Kuki moment, I guess. I trust that Kuki/Wally Day Two will arrive when it does, so that we might have more ways to celebrate these two kids' romantic friendship.

Thank you, mitter, and Happy Wally/Kuki Day 2 to you and the Pandaa Warriors here. I imagine all of you will be particularly happy to see this day... which leaves me to take care of something of definite interest to me, given a recent fanfiction idea I've had involving Wally and Kuki themselves.
