Dissecting humans?

I know I may be going out on a limb here, but ... Do you think it's possible for alien scientists to... dissect humans? I'm not taking Bio until I'm a Senior in a couple years, but I actually find this interesting for a fictional cartoon.

You see, I'm planning out this short oneshot; it will feature the song The Last Night by Skillet. Nigel is held captive in an alien lab, and is bruised and bloody all over, and he is cuffed by these liquid tubes and bracelets to a wall.

But--he's only as a replacement if Rachel tends to make an escape.

... Oh goodie, more misery for Numbuh 362 thanks a lot Al. (shot) I've already experienced her going through a terrible nightmare (GKND: Nightmare) and... well, why not in a situation like this?

She'll be alive, yet scientists will be cutting her open with utinsels and Nigel having to watch. Screaming, panting, wanting to be free and struggles for her life; yet is put down countless times.

(I haven't seen 'Alien' and no, she's not having a baby. xD; )

That, or she could be dissected in the head, like in the movie/book Felidae (Clandandis survived it.) Or... somewhere. *shrug*

Still, I find this... kinda' facinating. I mean, sure, I want there to be a "last kiss romance" but also darkness and tragedy in this oneshot.

You don't know whether or not a random scientist who is trying to help his alien race by searching for a cure of a disease rather than adulthood itself.

... Or, my mind is going bonkers for thinking up this oneshot. ^^;

Um, no, I don't think it's possible to dicsect a human, unless of course the person is you know...Dead. I'm not too sure but I think once you dicsect a person, there's no chance they'll survive. ^^;

But I know the song your talking about, it's a powerful yet sad song... And it's one of my faves. I made a 3/4 MV to it once but it got wiped off my computer because of a virus. T-T

I can't wait to see how your oneshot comes out Allie! ;D

Normally...well, cliched anyway, in the world of Sci Fi Humans are probed...I've never really encountered a scenario in a story where they were dissected alive.

Even on Earth in by classes we don't dissect live animals...that that I've heard of anyway...unless there's a school out there I don't know about. '^^

But it sounds rather interesting....I'm a bit squeamish though so I dunno if i could handle it. '^^ But i'm sure it'll be a powerful fan fiction. ^-^
