He needs space for his kids, a yard and a house. I wouldn't blame him. Lol, I don't like apartments.. though if I ever move to St. Louis or a big city I might as well have one.

At least I can look on the bright-side. My aunt has a friend who works at Universal Studios, maybe she'll bump into Mr. Warburton and get his autograph for me. I'll need to ask Dodie about that! lol.

That actually also makes sense from a business standpoint, seeings as how he's developing a show with Disney, and I'm pretty sure the Disney Studios is located in Burbank, California.
