As Princess Niji traveled down the stair case she sent an aurora of colors to help lead the way. She had already bumped into several people as she made her way down the flights of stairs. Even in the dark the base was always busy, someone always had somewhere to be. Niji shined her light on the wall where she knew the signs labeling all the levels hung. She read the sign out loud. "Lets see...'Ground Level C-5'...Two more flights down." She sighed slightly annoyed and quickly flew down the steps until she reached her desired destination. Once opening the door, the colorful girl shined her light around. "Uhhh, hello? Is anyone down here? In case you haven't noticed, the power's been out for awhile..." She informed to no one in particular. She looked to her left and then to her right and back again, but there wasn't a single electrical operative in the vicinit. She kept walking to her eyes searching for the fuse boxes. She stopped when she saw a pair of lavender light coming toward her, and squinted slightly hoping she could recognize the source. "...Zo? Is that you?" She asked hopefully. If there was anyone who could help her, it was her slightly overzealous friend.

It didn't take long for Zoelin to find something out of the ordinary, rather, something that would seem ouy of the ordinary. Up ahead, there was a few glowy lights in different shades of various colors. If it wasn't for the colors, it was the voice that came along with it as she drew nearer.
"...Zo? Is that you?"
"Yes...it be me." She leaned closer a bit, blinking a few times as the figure came into view showing it to be her colorful princess friend. A silvery grin grew on her features, confirming that it was her ahead.
"HEEEEEEEEEY NEEEEJ."
Once she was a few inches nearer, she frowned slightly, squinted her eyes as well, causing the lavendar glow to become thin slits. "Unless, you're not Niji, and are a robot in disguise...Or you are Niji disguised as a robot diguised as yourself." She paused a few seconds as she placed a hand up to her chin in a thinking manner.
In the end, she gave a final shrug and the smile came back. "In any case, hello!"

Niji giggled a bit as she listened to her friend accuse her as being a robot ninja in disguise. "Hello, to you too, Zo-zo." She greeted with an eye rolling simile and a small wave. "I'm glad you're here. Can you help me turn the lights back on, please? If this continues, we could be vulnerable to an attack or something." She worried, then she noticed something about her friend that she didn't pay too much attention before, "Hey, you're eyes are such a pretty shade of lavender..." She complimented.

"What a weird coincedence, I was just doing that," Zoelin nodded, before walking ahead to keep moving, now focusing her attention onto the dark hallway. "Are you a mind-reader?" She asked, laughing a little, knowing that the last question probably wasn't correct, but it never hurt to ask.
"I don't think we'll get attacked or anything, we could still hear them, you know," the girl shrugged in response to the princess's worried comment. "And besides, we'll still be able to fight them off." Then, Zoelin paused in step, her eyes widening in a shocked state. "Unless they sneak up on us like ninjas in the night."
A few more pauses came upon them, but Zoelin shook if off with a light laughter.
It didn't settle in that Niji had complimented on her eyes, which the whiskite realized when she started moving again. "Hmm?. Oh,yeah, they're okay I guess...." She only gave a light shrug, not putting anything else on the matter. "At least they're good for something like this black-out, huh?"
