Corin smiled, and took a bite out of the spotted fruit. With juice running out of the hole he had created by biting in the thing, he watched the other fruits fly everywhere.
"Oh damn.. Are you sure there are enough left for your pie?"
He sounded worried enough. Zooming to a piece of fruit she apparently missed, he picked it up and brought it back to her.
"Here you go. You know what? I'll go and come with you too. I'd love to taste your pie!"
Being an alien without a nose could be useful from time to time.

"Will you cut that out? Stop it!"
Dengeki deflected another fist and then turned to the small boy to inform him that they weren’t really fighting. Just at that moment, a kick hit him square in the jaw, sending him off balance, yet still on his feet. Deciding to use the short time to explain, Dengeki spoke quickly. “Don’t worry, I’m just letting him vent, I know how to block all his attacks;”
Unagi looked at him now, breathing heavily. His hair was a matted mess over parts of his face, exposing his eyes that were now soft with either sadness or disappointment. There was a faint, transparent, red tear at the corner of his eye, threatening to slide down his cheek. He opened his mouth to speak, but was interrupted as Vibe collided with them.
“Ow,” A simultaneous murmur escaped their lips, but the purple-eyed boy sat up quickly, preparing to attack his brother with more appendages. He glanced around, but his twin was no where in sight. Sensing a presence behind him, he turned around quickly, only to be greeted by a hug from Dengeki.
“OMNOMNOM!!!” The phrase was yelled as the blue-eyed fish kid glomped his disgruntled brother. He then proceeded to nibble on his slightly younger brother’s ear.
“No!!! NOOOOOOOOOO!!!” The yell rang from the room. Unagi thrashed and squirmed, trying to get out of his brother’s grip. At the angle that Dengeki was holding him, it was impossible to use electricity to force him to let go.
“Come on, give in already!!!”
“N-NOOOOO!!!” another shriek, but this time, it was cut short by a fit of laughter. “STOP IT-“ Purple eyes, squeezed tightly shut, Unagi flailed even more.
Though they were possibly making a scene in front of all the other aliens, Dengeki could care less. This was the only thing he could think of to calm his brother down. Unagi was incredibly ticklish in his ears.

EDIT: I posted a bit too late, but I hope it still fits in X3; But I need to go to sleep, so if certain parts don't fit, just ignore it XD;
- - - - -
Masurao narrowed his eyes, his face distorting in a grimace that seemed almost painful when a very loud streak of gold suddenly zoomed into the room, screeching deafeningly. This added to the noisy fight in the back, didn't make the atmosphere more pleasant. It made him consider to leave the room, an idea which sounded most appealing, were it not he had just rendered his services to the princess that he'd taste her baking.
Nebulos, meanwhile, let out a little yelp when a shade suddenly leaped over him. Instinctively covering his head with his hands, Nebulos first mistook the shade to be Masurao, who had the tendency to suddenly appear out of nowhere. But it wasn't Niji's guard. It was Vibe, he now saw, as she collided with the pair of identical twins in front of him. Startled, Nebulos took a few steps to the back, watching how the scene unfolded in front of him. He glanced up at the others, but most of them didn't seem very fazed by the accident. Probably because activities like this happened every few days, but this Luminarian just didn't seem to get used to it. Looking rather clueless and at loss of what to do, the small teenager bit his lip and brought a hand to his head, messing up his hair even more. There was never a dull moment in this place, that was for sure.
Masurao, too, glanced at the collided trio. He more or less hoped this intrusion would mean and end of the loud disturbance. Cyril's squeals had already died out, the bird probably having retreated to a strategic hideout. However, someone else jumped into the scene, which made the reserved alien turn his head.
"Good morning, Princess Niji! You look really nice today! Would you mind terribly if I stuck around with you a bit? There's an awful storm brewing up around here and I'm rather fond of your cheerful disposition." An eyebrow was lifted at the overly polite curtsy, but his face revealed no any other information than a slight inquiry. Then, his eyebrow returning to its original position, Masurao turned around to face Corin once more, vaguely pointing over at the girl who'd just joined their group. "See?" he informed, voice still neutral and dispassionate, "This is a rather nice example."
Just then, a purple flash shot towards them from the left. Not having expected this at all, Masurao was too late to react and he saw the furry bundle collide with Niji. Instinctively the wolfboy made a lunge, jumping right in front of the colourful girl, armed and ready (as armed as anyone could be with a pair of fists and feet) and took a protective stance almost immediately, brows furrow into a stern, but determined expression.
"Sorry!"
Casting his green gaze to the ceiling, Masurao saw Finnick soar away, looking rather flustered. Keeping the stance for a few seconds longer, the Egriadanian then lowered his arms and left them hanging by his side. One might be embarrassed for having had such a dramatic reaction, but Masurao was not. The only thought that it got out of him, was that he had to make sure to react sooner in the future. It was a mistake he couldn't afford to make. Shifting his gaze to Niji to see if everything was in order, he found her close to the floor where she was gathering the fruit which seemed to have rolled out of the basket due the impact. Dutifully, Masurao swooped down and started collecting some of the food himself, his gloved paw lashing out, grabbing, and letting drop the fruit in his other hand. Each move seemed to be calculated and considered, as if he had practiced it many a time before.

@flirty and Jas,
Awwww, sorry. ^^; I'm still not quite clear of the rules. Plus the fact that it came off like both were in the kitchen. xD;
-.o *goes back to typing in a very sleepy state*

"Fine." Milo-Lee opened up the kit and grabbed a spray bottle along with some bandages. "Tell your mistress that I said thanks."
Upon hearing this, Epsylux flopped her ears, and floated her way down again, settling in a prim position upon the couch. "She said thanks."
"That's good to he-" Jazlyn was interrupted by a sudden flash of gold. "Eh? I didn't know we had golden rockets in the place. Oh wait....that's just Cyril."
""OH MY GOSH GUYS SOMEONE STOP HER SHE'S GONE CRAZY ALL I DID WAS STEAL HER JEWELLERY."
"You weren't supposed to steal it in the first place, course' she'll go ballistic." Jazlyn shrugged, making her way over to Dengeki, Unagi and Vibe. "You three, break it up before someone gets hurt."

Rather short for now, dealing with user problems on Evo. =P

Ahoy, everybody. I've been busy with moar evil schoolwerkz, but tomorrow is the last day before my winter vacation and I think Tigore needs more love. Hov, and a new operative who I hope to put into an RP taking place a little ways in the past. --- Tigore hummed the Jaws theme as che crept down the hall in han pajamas. Che had a nasty habit of never bothering to look at clocks, and since they were in space, it always looked like nighttime. Han other nasty habit was always carrying weaponry around, like the lightning sword in han hands, made from a conductive organic material from han home planet. It didn't really do much damage, but it coursed with electricity and could deliver a painful shock. It had, of course, been set low for Tigore's game with han teammate Losih. It got pretty boring when not on a mission, so in the true spirit of the Galactic Kids Next Door, the two got fun any way they could.
Suddenly, a gold blur tackled hov from behind and stormed into the next room. "OH MY GOSH GUYS SOMEONE STOP HER SHE'S GONE CRAZY ALL I DID WAS STEAL HER JEWELLERY." Once Tigore was able to process what had happened and peel hanself off the floor, che peered around the corner. "What's going on here? Can't Losih and I play a game in peace?" Speak of the devil, a long lizardy snout and the alien operative attached to it popped up behind Tigore and- BZZT!
Losih, a red reptilian alien from a planet called Arks, stepped carefully over her ash-coated unconscious partner and pushed her lightning sword's segmented business end back into its handle. Despite being of a race of lizard-people, Losih's clan had always had a sense of modesty. Thus she was dressed fully, with a skin-tight blue ninja outfit that had a hole for her tail, a utility belt, combat boots and black fingerless gloves to cover the poison glands on her palms. Her designation was Numbuh 2J, with J equaling nineteen, but nobody ever called another by their code anymore.
Losih's yellow feline eyes darted back and forth between the increasing number of people in the room. "Hey, guys. What's shakin'? Gotta be a whole lot or you guys wouldn't all be in the same place."

"You three, break it up before someone gets hurt."
Stood a bit to the side of the twins, who were still making a scene of their own, the tall girl turned to look at the speaker with narrowed eyes.
"Break it up?" Vibe asked, the words rolling off her tongue as it curled dangerously in her mouth. "There's hardly a fight left. And it's nothing to do with me," she stated, denying herself of responsibility towards any injuries the twins might bear. Rather disappointed with her inability to keep her anger focused on Cyril and not the others, she retired to moving away from the twins and the others entirely to go and seat herself on the couch, deciding Cyril would either cave and return her belongings to her sooner or later, or she'd break into his room that night and take her things back. Now she thought about it, she was pretty certain he still had some stuff of hers in his room...

Vibe swung to face her, narrowing her eyes till they looked nothing more than slits. "Break it up?" She echoed. "There's hardly a fight left. And it's nothing to do with me." Stating that, she settled herself on the couch, away from the twins.
Jazlyn sighed, and looked at the twins. "Are you determined to keep fighting, until someone gets hurt or something?" She raised an eyebrow, folding her arms across her chest. "Would it kill you to go get the first-aid kit if you are?"
Sighing, she returned to her companion, watching the rest engage in mindless conversations.

Niji watched as Masurao expertly bent down and scooped up the remaining fruit off of the floor and place them in the basket. She smiled at him, "Thanks Masi." She emphasized the nickname playfully knowing that he couldn't stand when she called him that. She reached over and scratched behind his ears. "I think we should hurry aand peel these before they spoil. She turned to Tala, "Tala do you think you can help me with that? The last time I tried to use the scraper-matic, things got..." Niji paused trying to find the correct word to describe the disastrous incident. She glanced at Masurao remembering how she had spent hours picking the seeds out of his fur, and scraping the ceiling and walls clean from mushy fruit and pulp. If any good had come out of that, it's that Masurao smelt fruity for a whole week straight. "Um...Things got messy." She said, hoping to leave it at that.

Tala beamed widely and nodded excitedly, readying to go into the kitchen. "Yes, of course, Niji! You know I'm always ready to help you!"
Part of her itched that Masurao had tried to make a good example out of her. Gross. Just to make him twitch, she propped an arm on his shoulder and grinned widely at him. "You're lookin' spiffy this morning, too, fuzzy! I like the 'windswept' hair look. It's rather awes-"
Suddenly, without warning, all of the lights throughout the place went out, leaving them all in the dark.
"Tala." Suddenly a familiar voice was nearby, a small accusation inside of it, and Tala lifted a glowing hand in the air to reveal Etoile's face.
"I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE THINKING BUT I DIDN'T DO IT," she said hastily, and Etoile gave her a suspicious look. But he seemed to accept this and took her hand suddenly. She understood his intent and began to let out a glow, and soon both of the aliens had illuminated a small area around them, filling it with green and red light.
"Is all the power out?" Etoile asked confusedly, looking around for any source of power in the entire room. It seemed as though it was, and that was the most confusing part. What would cause all of the power to go out at once?

"Are you determined to keep fighting, until someone gets hurt or something?"
Dengeki stopped biting his brother's ear in order to turn to Jazlyn. He smiled. "Oh, don't worry. We're not fighting anymore. This kiddo just had to vent." He gave Unagi a quick noogie and then released him from his grasp. The second boy was quick to stand and helped his twin up as well. His shy purple eyes were still visible through the his hair, clumped by sweat. A quiet "Sorry" was muttered, and he brushed his fringe back into its rightful place:directly over his eyes.
"Nah, its cool. Just chill next time," Dengeki smiled as he walked toward the couch to sit next to Vibe. As soon as he took a seat next to her, he rested his head on her shoulder tiredly. "Hey beautiful, you-" The fish boy's sentence was interrupted by another voice.
"GET YOUR OWN GIRLFRIEND!!!" With feigned anger, Unagi stormed over to the couch. Before he could get there, the room suddenly became shrouded in darkness, all except for the few aliens with glowing abilities. Seeing the faint glow of his own brother's tail, Unagi dove onto the couch, hugging Vibe.
"Don't worry, hun, everything will be alright, I'm here.", he comforted the figure, slowly moving in for a kiss.
"Uh, I love you and all, but I think this is a little too much." The figure replied, putting its hand on the boy's mouth to stop the kiss.
Confused, Unagi lifted his tail to the face of the alien he was clutching. A bright cyan light illuminated the two, and a small yelp emitted from the fish boy's mouth. "Oh snap dude, I'm sorry!!!" He scooted away quickly, petrified at the fact that he almost kissed Dengeki.

"You really should say you're sorry,"
Milo-Lee didn't want, or need, to look up to see that Finnick was now in from of her, one arm wrapped around the pipe for support and one flapping rapidly to keep himself up. She didn't react for several minutes, then finally, her head still virtues in her sweatshirt, she muttered a responce. "..... Yeah, so?"
The boy sighed, and she raised her head slightly to glare at him. Than, she was aware that two things happened at once. The world when dark, then, she jerked up a little in surprise, and the world tilted slighly, and rushed past her. The bat-boy, as opposed to panicing at the darkness, felt more comfortable in the dark. What paniced him was when he saw his friend fall from the pipe. Quickly, he dived down under her grabbing her with one arm, the other flapping madily to slow their fall. The pair hit the ground roughly, but mostly unhurt, just a few bruises and scratches.
The girl stood, clearly shaken, and helped her friend up. "Thanks, Finny," She said with a nervious, breathly chuckle. She leaned over and gave him a quick kiss on the cheeks. She smiled, picturing his shocked, blushing face. "N-No problem," He said, his voice matching the face she pictured. He swung his head around, trying to find the other the darkness. It took him a minute, even with his ability to see well in the dark, and stumble ove to them, Milo-Lee trailing behind. The girl glaced around seeing the red and green lights confirming Etoile and Tala were there. "What happened?" They said, in almost perfect unison, as they reached the small group.

"Oh, don't worry. We're not fighting anymore. This kiddo just had to vent." A quick noogie was given, then Unagi was released from Dengeki's seemingly vice-like grasp. Jazlyn sighed. Boys....
The lights in the spacious room flickered momentarily, before burning out, and plunging the group into blind darkness.
"Tala." Jazlyn heard the soft mention of the green-haired glowy alien's name as she blinked fast, trying to get accustomed to the darkness. A green light was illuminated, followed by a red light, and then a glowy figure appeared near the ceiling of the room.
"Here, Mistress. This outta help for a bit." Epsylux was covered in a bright silvery light and floating near the ceiling. The room seemed darker than before the power was out, but at least visibility wasn't so bad anymore.
"Hey, did someone forget to pay the bills again, or did someone flick the safety switch?" Jazlyn mumbled to the crowd. "Let's go check the power box?" She smiled anxiously.
"I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE THINKING BUT I DIDN'T DO IT," Tala screamed back at Etoile, her shrill screaming reverberating throughout.
"Guys...this isn't really the time to quarrel...." A faint voice echoed near the ceiling. Epsylux grew weaker, from having to give out so much power. Her glow became weaker and faint, and with a groan, she fell from the ceiling, and right onto the floor with a soft 'thud'.

A faint noise rumbled from inside Masurao's throat when being addressed by a name he'd rather not have. But, opposed to retorting on Niji's actions, he managed to disguise it as a random sound that didn't mean anything. His eye did twitch a little when being patted near his mane, a place which was rather sensitive and was preferably not touched, his bright green eyes drooping momentarily in mild annoyance that his tough and serene character was so easily crushed. It was not the first time she did this, but -of course- he couldn't really push her hand away or anything. Still, he wasn't too fond of the idea of being treated like a fluffy kitten. But none of it showed.
However, his mouth did slightly twitch when Niji turned to Tala and spoke to her, telling her about the incident she'd had in the kitchen not long ago. An incident which Masurao rather not remembered, and which he dearly hoped Niji wouldn't elaborate on. He'd still had seeds falling from the depths of his fur days after the accident. He uttered a quiet grunt at the memory and glanced down at the colourful girl at his side, mane twitching, but eventually invisbly relieved when she summarized the story as 'Things got messy.' Tala, apparently delighted at the idea she could assist the princess on this morning, then turned around to face him, with a look on her face which gave him the urge to be a little suspicious.
"You're lookin' spiffy this morning, too, fuzzy!"
His green was cast to the ceiling momentarily, the other nickname also being one he heard often, but not necessarily being one he liked very much.
"I like the 'windswept' hair look. It's rather awes-"
POOF.
Immediately the room was cast in a vast darkness, save from the area around the small alien a few feet ahead, who's startled blue face was alluminated by the everbright light from his antennae. He looked around for a second, apparently trying to locate some of the others, which he couldn't see, though they could see him. "What's going on?" Nebules called out, flickering his bolts a bit. "Did the power blow?"
"Princess Niji?" Masurao said, though he didn't really formulate it as a question, rather than a statement. Having, too, being caught off guard by the sudden darkness, his insticts kicked in immediately, and with it his protective duties. And thus, locating the princess was the prior move to do, even though she couldn't have gone further than three feet in these few seconds. But you never knew, it might as well could be a conspiracy or hostile scheme. Always expect the unexpected.
Many of the aliens started calling out to one another in the darkness, those with lighting abilities using them after having overcome their initial shock. One voice called out quite close to him, sounding rather shrill.
"I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE THINKING BUT I DIDN'T DO IT!"
The wolfboy cringed a little at the high volume, his mane trilling. He cast a fleeting look in the direction the girl's voice came from, her immediate denial making him suspect she might do have something to do with it. Not too long after that, a faint mix of red and green light started to peer through the shades, the similar-looking faces of the brother and sister looming from the darkness as they used their glowing abilities. Masurao, his face and demeanor as composed and neutral as ever, glanced down at the siblings for a second, inwardly content to have a lightsource to provide him a better view of the dark room. Speaking of which, another lightsource made his way for them, his small frame a beacon in the fuzzy blackness.
"I wonder what's going on." Nebulos said once he'd come to a stop near them, making his antennae shine a little brighter for the others' comfort, throwing sharp and contrasting shadows upon everyone's faces. His face looked a little anxious and he glanced to his side for a second, as if someone might pop up there unexpectedly. Which would be hard to do, since the three glowing aliens provided a decent amount of multicoloured light. "A thing like this happened a few years ago, too," he said, looking up at the taller aliens in front of him, then turning to face Niji. "Remember, Niji? During that party, when the circuits blew? And everyone thought it was a power failure, but it really was an evil scheme by the teenz so they could kidnap all the kids from the Royal Sector!"
At this information, Masurao's eyes widened, but only briefly, for right after that they narrowed to dangerous slits, the look on his face one of grand suspicion. His blazing green eyes shifted from left to right and the tips of his mane twitched fervently, most likely trying to pick up hidden sounds of an intruder. Nebulos, too, seemed to be a bit troubled and he took a step closer to Niji, rubbing his arm. "...But I'm sure it's just nothing, right?" he said, looking up at the others, his lips forming a little smile, apparently for reassurance.

Cyril, still hiding in a closet, was very displeased when he found out the lights had gone out. The dark was scary, but he couldn't go cling to Vibe without her ravagely ripping his limbs from his body. But Vibe had risen to her feet quickly and tried to see through the darkness, then noticed Unagi's failed attempt at being smooth. She let out a hearty chuckle despite the situation, when suddenly she felt something collide with her head, something which was making various metallic clinks as it moved.
"Vibe I'm sorry I stole your jewellery here you can have it back but PLEASE SAVE ME FROM THE DARKNESSSS!" Cyril squawked unhappy, clinging to his friend's head. Luckily, Vibe was a fast forgiver, and she just stood there while the bird brain latched himself firmly to her skull.
Suddenly making an appearance in the doorway, her golden irises being the only thing visible of her figure, Nalo's night vision meant she could plainly see the situation before her, and boy was it chaotic. Slipping inside carefully so as not to collide with anyone who couldn't see as well as she could, she quickly made her way towards the figures she was familiar with.

Uhm, guys. . . I'm not sure where you got it in my post, but Tala didn't "scream shrilly" at Etoile. She's not the shrill screaming type. I typed "said hastily." She just said it to him, that's all. Just to clarify.
--
At that moment, both Etoile and Tala turned to Epsylux and gave her a rather perplexed, confused look, lifting their eyebrows in similar manners. "We're not quarreling."
"Don't you see us holding hands?"
"This is the epitome of sibling love and adoration."
"I wouldn't go that far."
Etoile watched others make their guesses and tried to formulate his own, keeping his hand clenched tightly in Tala's. When they had contact with each other, they had greater pools of power, and were able to spread their light farther.
"Does anyone have a battery-powered communicator?" Tala asked to the room in general. "We could radio another base and ask them to see if they can figure out what's going on in their scanners, maybe?"
